Can baby's position cause a sore chest, neck, jaw and ear?

I'm short and carrying very high at 35 weeks, which has caused the center of my chest to be sore for months. Now the right side of neck is sore, around where my gland is and is actually causing pressure in my right ear and jaw. Is this caused by baby? Could it be connected to my chest? Or is it something entirely different? Any comments would help, thanks!

I definitely don't think they're connected. But they both sound painful and obnoxious, so I'd mention them to your doctor.

Upper chest neck belly aches can be a sign of preeclampsia.

Baby's position doesn't matter, but it could be congestion which made your glands swell. Totally normal in pregnancy 😊
