I have irregular periods and don't ovulate every month so I have no idea how far I am. I got my two BFPs on Saturday. Wondering if there's any ladies out there who are in the same situation as me.

Yes. The doc just had me guess my lmp and set up a 10 week appointment based on that. At the appointment she did a transvaginal ultrasound to get a more accurate due date.

I missed two periods and my OB told me I ovulated late and conception happened basically a month after my last period
