7-8 weeks post c section HELP!

I recently moved and have an appointment to be looked at but some advice would be awesome to ease my mind. I had my c sections December 24th and I went to my OB a week after and then again at 3 weeks pp, they said everything looked awesome and I was healing well despite having some drainage. No redness or heat but fluid. Sorry it's gross 😖 but I had to move out of state with very little notice for my husbands job and now I am currently waiting to be seen but after missing my 6 week check up, I am still having a little drainage (much less than when I was checked) but I have two places in my scar that are indented and that's where it drains. My entire incision is pretty pain free, however I don't really mess with it other than in the shower and applying gauze to keep it dry and protected. Anyone else have this issue? I'm so worried that I'm just not healing. Ugh! I'm sorry for the long post, thank you for making it through my rant.
