How much water should I drink while being pregnant, I've had about 2 liters, almost 3, I don't want to over do it lol.

Mine had me drinking 3L a day because I kept getting dehydrated.  She told me in the beginning "if you think you're drinking enough, double it."  I basically got to the point where I'd drink until it was going right through me then slow it down.

My OB says at least 100oz or half your body weight, whichever is greater. This is important to support amniotic fluid and keep you healthy ;)

I was told a gallon. Did it my first pregnancy and doing it the second time as well. Feels amazing and you get used to it after about 2 days. My main motivator is helping my digestion, especially since it slows down in pregnancy.
