should I take a pregnancy test?

Okay so I'm on the IUD and I rarely get my period, and my gyno said that my periods will get lighter and it is possible that they should stop altogether. So I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 13 days ago and ever since my boobs have been hurting, I've been feeling bloated, and I've had some miner cramps. My period is 28 days late, but I'm just not sure if my periods are stopping and I might just be getting symptoms, or if there is an underlining issue and I should just take a test to make sure. Lol idk what to do... help😟
