I live in an apartment and some of the people to the right of my apartment are college kids and they always get drunk and play loud music and smoke so much pot it comes through my vents. I have a teething 9 month old who sleeps in our room and he hardly cries but recently whines due to his achy gums. So the neighbors to our right will bang on the wall repeatedly even though I do everything to keep my son calm and happy. I called non emergency once for the pot and noise pollution and they never came. What can I do? we have been looking for other places to live but its so expensive and its close to my partners job.
