vagina tender to touch

my vagina has started to hurt today, it's like tender when I wipe & everything. I was wet earlier and wasn't able to go and clean up til I got home. I wasn't super wet but yanno? like a little moist lol.could it be that? but it's only my right inner vagina. and I always think the worst and I'm just freaking out. any ideas?
