I'm 26 weeks  This is. The second night this has happened It starts off with really sharp pains in the uterus then goes down my leg no matter which way you move  it just get worse  it's not intense like somebody ran me over in a steam roller or whatever but it is very painful I'm in tears as we speak I don't know what this is  please someone help me out here and tell me I need to know if this is serious or not
