I just need some opinions please and thank you!!

Soo guys i need some opinions, here lately ive been feeling really nauseous in the mornings and throughout the day, my backs been hurting, I've been gassy, emotional, and constant headaches then usual, well ive taken a pregnancy test and the lines have been faint, ive taken more and those were negative.... my last period was 1/24/17 and as of today im 2 days late, am i possibly pregnant or???? 😏😔
