Asher too similar to my name Ashley?

My name is Ashley and husbands name is Julien. We have two sons, Owen Blaise and Joel Henry with a third on the way. We have always had difficulty selecting a mutual boys name (always had the girls name). We both like the name Asher but I am concerned it's too similar to my own name?

I think it's a good name and I actually like that it's similar to yours, but different enough to not be weird or cheesy. I have a similar name to my father and I don't mind at all.

I do like Asher, and I don't think it's too similar.  We are naming our son Archer, so it's along the same lines but not as similar.

Other options that are a little less similar are Aston, Ashton and Ashford. I like them all, as well as your idea.
