fertility blend

Hi everyone so my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 8 months we started using fertility blend almost 3 weeks ago it says you won't notice a difference until atleast 3 months but I feel like my libido is through the roof and have sore boobs right after ovulation normally it takes about a week before they hurt anyone else? 🤔 hoping for our November baby this month 🙏🏻🤰🏻
