I just started the pill and it's all messed up and so idk if I'm going to get my period. The day we're going on vacation my period normally starts. I'm bringing pads and tampons. But I'll be very busy. How do I make sure I don't start and not know until I bleed through. I have some thin panty liners, but what about when I go to the beach. I just want to make sure I'm protected if I start.
