Heart pumping exercise 3x a week enough??

Ladies,
I am 14 1/2 weeks along and have been doing workout videos that are pretty dang good workouts 3x a week. I am fairly fit and usually have some sort of workout routine I'm doing here and there. I have been looking it up and trying to find stuff about how much you are supposed to work out while pregnant and tons of articles are like workout every day of the week (wtf??) is this true?? I felt pretty dang good about myself but kept seeing that and thinking no way, they must not be pregnant lol. I understand walking every day but full blown working out every day seems a bit much. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?
