She feels terrible, and also wants to make things okay with her bf as they are overall a great couple. Please give advice. Thank you. 

Edit: thanks for the comments, ladies :) He is actually really nice & does the little things that not many would. He likes my friend to keep some things private, only for him, which she does. She loves fashion & always dresses well, so that is something he needs to embrace rather than take negatively. I am racking my brains over this - there must be a way of making him understand. Please share your thoughts!
