ECTOPIC QUESTION 😖🤷🏻‍♀️

I should know this since I've had one and I'm now pregnant again but I'm so worried it's one again 😢😢 do you get morning sickness with ectopics?? I didn't when I had one because I guess my levels didn't get high enough or however it works. Any experience? Xx
