Is it normal for stomach to start dropping at 32 weeks? I noticed it's lower and I've been having bad back pains and contracting for the past few days

First time moms tend to drop a lot sooner. 
If you're concerned, contact your doctor.
I'd be more worried about the contractions. Your doctor should definitely be made aware of those

i believe that when your body is getting ready to give birth soon because it happened to my aunt and cousin before.

It's fine. It doesn't mean you're about to go into labor. Your baby can also drop and then move back up. My son has been head down and in my pelvis since 28 w lol.  Cramping and backaches are also normal at this time. If they're too bad and too frequent, tho, call the doctor.
