Questions about close not fitting and im only like 4 weeks?

I don't understand I thought your not to show till about 4 months.. Nothing fits its showing I'm only 4 weeks and 1 day and my biggest pair of jeans will not zip up or button!! Is this normal at this early? And if so what can I do to keep down the wait gain with out harm??

Use a rubber band or hair tie on the button of your jeans! I'm 39 weeks and still using this trick. It's a life saver

Yup, it's bloat! I try to wear stretchy clothes like yoga pants. I wasn't big on jeans to begin with so I don't mind lol

Ftm, 37+1, I couldn't fit into my jeans by like 8 weeks. I've gained about 30 lbs total. Don't worry bout it😉
