Hi guys! So I'm from the Caribbean. (Trinidad to be exact). And we Trini people (most of us, especially myself) love our pepper sauce (hot sauce as some of you call it) and our spicy foods. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I keep forgetting to ask the doctor. Everyone tells me I shouldn't eat anything spicy because the baby will be born with "heats". Does anyone know this to be true or have at least heard this before?
