Contractions at 5 months?

Question

Has anyone ever had mild contractions at 5 months and still ended up being able to go full term? I'm a little worried. The doctors were able to stop my contractions but I'm afraid they will start up again. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes that happened to me at 5 months as well, I went to the hospital, checked my cervix & she said it was really short, so they put me on bed rest. I had gotten my cervix checked every week & it went back to its normal length in 3 weeks. I was extremely scared & nervous because my contractions were really bad. Till this day I'm still having contractions but they're very mild, so I'm just laying in bed every day with a little exercise a day. Now 28weeks5days. :)

That happened to me though I was 6 months pregnant..it happened  (2) times! Went to the hospital and they stopped it every time. Take it easy drink lots of water basically stay always hidrated and relax put your self on extra bed rest even though you probably can't lol!!
