which diaper bag??

Which should I buy, a backpack diaper bag or an arm one. Which is better?

I'm getting a backpack one. Just makes more sense to have my arms free and the reviews were great.

I ended up getting the Kelpy diaper backpack from Babies R Us.  I have short shoulders and HATE shoulder diaper bags because they always fall.  This will be a major pain in the butt if I am also carrying my son or even his infant seat.
 
That being said, I also have backup totes and should r diaper bags (handed down).
