Period pain and pregnancy?

Hi All,

My period was due yesterday. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests over the past 4 days and all have come up with a stony positive line however I am experiencing some minor period pain as I normally would when my period is due. Is this normal? Have any of you experienced period pain when your period was due but it never came?

Yup! I had period pains when my period was due so I didn't end up taking a pregnancy test until I was 4 days late. 17w 4d now 😁

I actually thought I was getting cramps and started taking alieve, then the blood never came and the pain just stopped one day. I took a test and found out I was pregnant! The pain felt just like cramps and was the same time I would have gotten my period. The same thing happened a month later, with a tiny bit of spotting, which was scary but apparently normal as that's when I would have had my next period. I am now 20 weeks with a healthy baby boy.
