Are there any other spouses who's SO's are in the military, deployed? I'm a ftm and a sahm to a 3 month old baby; my bf is in the navy and stationed in a different state than I and just went back from his leave. He's leaving next week for 9+ months over seas with no contact. Doing it on my own is so hard and I'm coping so badly with it, my dr wants me to go to therapy but it doesn't help that I have no one to watch our daughter so I can even go considering all the therapists are 30mins to an hour away. I'm so sad, depressed and lonely, I can't even cope.
