So i went to my Dr Thursday to have a cervix check because he wants to induce me Monday. Well he's got a a woman who's still in school shadowing him right now and she wanted to do the cervix check and Said she thought I was 3-4cm dilated. My Dr then proceeded to check himself and say my cervix are soft but not ripe and she must've been feeling a vagina fold. Well I was confused by the term vagina fold and asked my dr what it was and he just walked out of the room so I asked the woman shadowing him and she said she wasn't sure either that she was hoping he would've answered my question. So after my appointment I called and asked my mom and grandma and both were just as confused and when i googled vagina fold it had nothing to do with the inner part of my vagina so now after trying to figure it out on my own I'm now coming to yall and asking if anyone knows what a vagina fold Is.
