rH incompatibility

Anyone here with rH incompatibility that did not get immunized in time, please share your stories below. My first baby was stillborn and I'm pregnant again. Scared the same thing will happen because my body already built antibodies against positive blood.

Edit: I can't get the rhogam because I already had positive blood in my system when they found out in my first pregnancy (the one that ended in stillborn) so I don't have that option.
