Baby or food?

I can't tell if the rumblings in my belly are from baby or food... maybe that's normal but I'm just wondering if there's a distinct difference

Your actually stomach (that holds food) is actually a lot higher up than your uterus so if you feel the rumbling in your lower abdomen then it the baby.
