Has anyone got pregnant after successfully using the pull out method?

I've been off birth control almost 9 years.  I've only used the pull out method and tried to not have sex during my fertile times.  Fast forward to now and I've been doing the opposite and still not pregnant after 6 months.  I'm wondering if anyone out there has been in similar situation?  I have regular cycles and I get positive okp.  But I'm also concerned that I've never accidentally been pregnant considering I've been having unprotected sex for 9 years and in that time I've had two partners.  My husband thinks I am jumping the gun but I have a bad feeling that we're going to need help conceiving.
