looking for LEGAL ADVISE. LONG STORY SORRY BUT SHIT GETS CRAZY😱
So last Sunday we went to church with my husband , his friend and his friends gf. (Hubs friend is 19-his gf is 16. Let's say her name is A). After church we decided to go eat. A asks me if I can call her mom and tell her that she's hanging out with me because he mom doesn't like her bf. I said okay. She dials her moms phone number and immidietly her eyes turn red! I ask what happened she said she needs to go home ASAP+ her bf can't drive her! I ask her why, and what happened . She said "my mom called cops on me again!" Mind you it was 2:30 pm Sunday. I calmly tell her that it's okay and I will drive her home. As we're driving her mom is calling her and cussing her out for leaving the house without telling her and not being home after church. I felt so bad for the girl literally this is part of what she was saying "you better get your fucking ass home now ! " and A says" or what?" And her mom was like" or what!???? Your supposed to say YES MAAM!" That already kind of creeped me out . Anyway we keep driving and she keeps calling A and yelling her. She was cursing her bf telling her she wishes he dies and she'll be laughing at his funural! That's when I couldn't handle it anymore and I put her on speaker calmly say " hi! My name is Evelina and I'm driving your daughter home right now. She'll be home in 10 mints!" To what her answere was "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU AND WHY DO YOU HAVE MY MINER DAUGHTTER !? WHY DID YOU KIDNAP HER!?
I was like "I didn't kidnap her daughter she's over 14 years old she can leave the house without your permission " (I actually wasn't 100% sure if what I said was true but I googled it and it says if a miner is 16 and older they can leave the house by their own will even though cops will bring them back home )
Anyway she keeps cussing and cursing me telling me she wishes my kids are born with Down syndrome and will get kidnapped "
I hang up on her .
We pull up to the girls house. I stop the car right before her drive way in the middle of street just for A to get out. As A is getting out of the car her mom comes up to my car and starts taking pictures of my license plate and me when she was in front of my car. I cover my face with my hand. She walks around to the driver side with her phone up like she's recording. My window is halfway open . She's holding the phone at me and says. "Who the hell are you? You look like a slut. Look at her she's a fucking slut" I look at her then turn my head to look straight because I was about to drive out. Meanwhile her other daughter runs to her mom and tries to stop her but I couldn't leave because her daughter was running in front of the car towards her mom. The mom at that time SPILLS SOMETHING OUT OF HER MUG AT ME. I turn my face from her and that's when SHE SPRAYS PEPPER SPEAY AT ME. At that time I drive forward away from her, call my husband and tell him I can't drive anymore because my whole face burns . He tells me to pull over somewhere close by and he will come get me. Couple hours later after I have already taken a shower we decided to go to ER because at that time I wasn't sure what she sprayed at me (never seen a pepper spray on my life ). At the ER they said they had to call the police because it was an assault.
This is where I'm gonna need advise! I was gonna let it go but her daughter contacted me and said that her mom is going to try and lie that I TRIED TO RUN HER OVER! That's when I was decided to press charges against her because she thinks she can get away with ANYTNING.
I pressed charges against her a week later A contacts me again and said that her mom wrote a report that I tried to run her over and that I was drunk at that time !!!
I can't believe how much she's willing to go just to lie. I have proof of pictures and txts with her daughter where A tells me she's willing to go to the cops with me and where she tells me that her mom is trying to make a false report .
I'm waiting for the court date but what chance is there that the judge will believe her !???
