AF help? please

Hi girls I was expecting AF on the 28th of Jan, missed it and then unfortunalty she showed up on the 3rd of feb, I'm really confused as to when I should expect next AF.. my cycles have been regular for the last 6montha since I have had my implant out, should I expect it 28th of feb? Or shall I expect it for 3rd of march? Any opinions are welcome please? Thank you x
