Hey guys. Not sure if this is normal or if anyone has/had this, but my 7-week-old has had these tiny red bumps all over his face since a few days ago...his face used to be clear with the occasional redness here and there. Now it's all over his face and it's dry. I also noticed some on his neck and chest, though it's not nearly as bad. You can't really see it clearly in the picture...it looks worse in person. He's also been rubbing his face a lot. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I'm worried it might be eczema.
