This flat im in with disabled husband has moth infestation we cant control , damp in bedroom and window sills, fleas, just seen mouse droppings in the bathroom this evening, also its one bed open plan flat, private let but we get housing benefits paid etc as im 6 months pregnant living in these conditions am i entitled to be moved somewhere suitable and safe by council ? A two bed place? Or do i have to stay here risking all our health and baby at risk when arrives x
