Pregnant with my first im 39+2 weeks Well from what iv read, iv been having back pains for a week , siatica hips about the same, cramping wen on loo for last 3/4 days, one small pink mucus two days ago and lots snot like not pink mucus since, constipation, belly lowered noticably yesterday and stabby on n off like knife in vag lots today, but all comes n goes , am i labouring or is it false alarm ???

Just so unsure and feel so tired yet wanting to clean too falling asleep doin stuff ..
