ANYONE WITH PIERCINGS PLEASE HELP!!😳

I know that this is a weird photo (it's the back of my ear) but this is my my 3rd lobe piercing which is on cartilage because I have tiny ass ears. I got it at Claire's (I know, huge mistake) and it was fine for the first year that I've had it. For the past 6 months ive had this bump and I don't know what to do! I think the pericing is closed up already and healed and this bump doesn't hurt but I think it's so ugly😫 if you have any advice please let me know. Thanks in advance!!
