Braxton hicks while shopping at the mall

So tonight hubby and I went out to eat and then we headed to the mall to go shopping. As I was walking around I felt a strong beside my pelvic done. I continued to walk and then I had to pee so bad. There was no restroom nearby as it was 3 mins away. I walked to the restroom quickly and the pain went to my vagina!!! There was about 5 people in line for the restroom as I'm standing there trying not to pee on myself. They took 10 mins in there!!! I felt like I was gonna pee right there on the floor.. someone let me use it before them(Thank God) and It was a relief.. hubby was waiting for me and as we walked through the mall some more the pain came back again!!! I told my hubby and we left.. I'm now at home and every time I get up or even walk this pain keeps appearing.. also I keep going pee every 15mins..  I'm a first time mom and I was wondering if these pains are Braxton hicks or is it really contractions. I'm 30 weeks and even laying down makes it feel like my uterus is stretching or ripping.. I don't have any pain besides this one that keeps showing up? A little advice please ?
