Underwear Sticking to Skin

Does anyone else ever have their underwear stick to their labia or skin, regardless of how loose they are? If so, what do you do about it, or what can I do to try to prevent it.

I have this issue all the time my skin was ripping off and bleeding and I've lost patches of pubic hair when it's been long enough. No matter what kind of underwear I'm wearing, it's still an issue. I've made it a habit to wear boxers almost constantly unless I'm wearing clothes that require something different, but that's rare. I wear sweats a lot and if I'm wearing jeans or leggings, it's only for a few hours, not the whole day. Nothing I've researched has helped, so I'm hoping maybe one of you can.
