Kideny stones 😩 and due in 3 days

So I was in so much pain I couldn't walk I went to the ER thinking I might be in labor turns out I have blood in my urine and they think I am trying to pass a kidney stones they couldn't see on the ultrasound bc the baby but they couldn't really tell for sure I'm set for a c section this Thursday they would have done one last night if I didn't eat a heavy meal. Anyone else had these before what helps ?
