It's an evap if:
- the line is colorless
- you have to turn the test a certain way to see it 
- you have to edit the picture heavily to see it
- you hold it to the light and the line either disappears or becomes clear.

It's a faint positive if:
- the line has obvious color matching the color of the test
- the line appeared within 5 minutes
- it can be seen with a traditional picture
- the line does not disappear

Indent lines will not. 
Evap lines normally show up after the time frame or once the test is dry. 
Blue dye test they will definitely show up right after the time frame while pink dyes it takes a bit longer to show up.
