Swollen feet

So I know my feet have been a little puffy on and off during this pregnancy but today after taking a bath I notice they were swollen even my SO commented on them being so puffy. My hands have started hurt a lot and I've noticed they are little puffy too, I see the midwife tomorrow for a sweep so I think I'll mention it to her and see what she says.

I'm 40+2 and been having a few bigger cramps than my usual twinges but nothing consistent... Hoping baby comes soon I can't be doing with anymore symptoms
