Has anyone else had this?

So im 28 weeks pregnant(might be 30 dr. Still not sure) when im in bed amd roll over my vagina feels very sore and it is really hard to get out of bed. When i walk i have the same pain but i also have cramps every now and then and lower back pain. Also have random sharp pains by my cervix area doesmt matter what i am doing and when i go pee it feels like baby will fall out. Is this normal? This is my 4 but i never had anything like this with my other pregnancies. The dr. Also said my liver enzyme are 3x normal and my liver is swallon. Domt know if that has anything to do with my pain. Anybody able to help me out? Or what should i do?
