Anxiety over the future w/ trump president?

I'm a FTM, I'm a college student, and we are new homeowners. We are worried about all these things. What worries you the most?

I'm mainly worried about him creating conflicts with other countries, causing us to go to war. My husband is in the military.

My SO's family is from Peru. Most of them are in the process of getting citizenship still. My SO is worried they will get deported before it's completed because now everything is taking so much longer. 
I had a bunch of complications with my pregnancy and I was told I can't
Get pregnant again and if I do it could potentially kill me so right now I need to have access to birth control. If I accidentally get pregnant I would have to terminate in order
To save my life and I'm worried about what the future holds with that.

I am mostly worried about the trump supporters though to be honest. When trump won the election people threw things at my SO telling him to pack his bags and cursing at him and there have been countless times when I am terrified that he may not come home because someone might try to fight him or pull a gun on him. The scariest thing I read on Facebook the other day was "Hitler never killed anyone his followers did" and it cut threw me like a knife.

My husband is trying to get his citizenship so he can get a government job. With the whole Trump election situation, his citizenship paperwork took 3x longer than it should have.

I'm worried for people I love having no health insurance, no social security, and the poor children of the people being deported!

I'm with you. I try to keep up with current events every day but so much of it is negative that every few days I take a break from it. I find myself anxious all the time. At this point it's not so much about politics, just basic human respect and decency. Constitutional rights are being challenged and it's definitely a scary time. I remind myself that the majority of people in this country do not agree with him but the few that do need to be watched. You're not alone. I think a lot of people are nervous and bewildered that we even got to this place.

We live in Chicago, so I worry he might actually send national guard troops here. Also my in-laws are immigrants from a country that could easily be included in a future watch/ban list.
