TMI implantation bleeding...?

Woke up to this at 4 am thinking I started my period early... I'm CD 22.. took a shower and put a panty liner on but really nothing else coming out. Could this be implantation? I feel like it's too much but I have never experienced IB so I'm not totally sure. Thanks in advance for your opinions!!
