condoms & pulling out??

Question

How effective is using condoms & pulling out? I also make sure we only have sex on the days I am not fertile. We last had sex this week when my fertile window had ended, and my period is supposed to start in 3 days.

Do you mean pulling out while wearing a condom?  I don't think that pulling out should actually be considered a birth control method.  At least with using a condom you are using a barrier method of birth control.  Abstaining from sex during the most fertile time of your cycle is okay too so long as you use at least one method of birth control at all other times.
