after getting off birth control???

Question

How long did it take any of you ladies to get pregnate after being on birth control??

I was on the pill for 10 years. I stopped it in January a few years back. After a year my periods were still off and out of whack. Never coming normally.  GYN told me that was normal and sometimes it can take people's bodies 6 months to a year and sometimes longer to re-regulate itself. After a year and a half we found out I had PCOS. Never knew this because I was on birth control for so long.

It ended up taking us two years to conceive naturally.

I got pregnant straight away after removing the patch but sadly miscarried. Before that I had the copper iud removed and fell pregnant with my son the first month of trying.

I got off BC in December and started trying in January.. my cycle is off now tho 😕 I hate playing the waiting game!

Stopped taking my pill on 12/23/16 after being on it for 14 years 😳 Period started on Christmas, and has been coming faithfully each month...unfortunately!

I got off of birth control in dec 2016 started ttc right away no luck yet but I had a period right away on dec 24 th. But it is now almost march an I have not had one since but I am not pregnant dr said wait until march if no period they will make me have one

I got off in March. Started ttc in June and got pregnant that month.
