Extreme back pain all night...cause for concern?

Im 32 weeks...my back was aching yesterday but then I layed down and it got really bad to the point where ive been up for hours because i cant sleep...it feels brutal...the only thing working for me is a hot shower but then once im out it comes back...ill get some stomach pain with this and nausea aswell but not as bad. Any thoughts?

I would call the Doctor, it sounds like back labor. I had that with my first and the only thing the eased the pain was a shower and then the pain came right back, just like you said. Never hurts to call.

I was always told by my doctor if it feels like you broke your back go in. And since you're at 32 weeks I would definitely at least call just to see what they think you should do. I'm 40+2 right now and experiencing back labor and it sounds like that might be what's going on with you.
