I wanna have kids back to back. Just because me and my brother were born back to back and we grew up so close. He was my first best friend and we were like each others body guards in school. Also if you have kids back to back you get toget through   the rough parts all at once (potty training, teething, ect) instead of  way spaced out. My dads oldest is 32 and my youngest brother is 16. It was really hard for him to have a baby around after we were all teenagers, it was like starting over.

I find that too soon the reason is, your baby I only 6 month's old you still all kinds of exciting milestones to go through and when taking care of a 1 year old and a new born you might miss those!! I have a 3 year old and a 8 month old I had her when he was 2.5 years old; I believe I couldn't have picked a better age to have a second I was scare to miss all his special moments; he was potty trained, he is a very independent boy(of course I still do everything for him)and he sleeps through the night which made it easier to only be up with one!! I spent 3 years with him and got to watch/enjoy all his mile stones, I never missed one! now I can focus all my daughters special moments and not miss one!! I also have my son to help
