7 months pp & back aches
My back huuuurts! For one i have big boobs which i feel is part of the problem.. ive been wearing nursing bras with no wire since i was 15 weeks pregnant and the once in a blue moon when i wear a wired bra, my back hurts like crazy. Its not every now and then, its an everyday thing.
Does anyone else have this problem ? Should i get a massage or go to a chiropractor?
