Husband thinks I'm a weirdo cause I kept my daughter's umbilical cord stump, and want to make a keepsake necklace with one of her first teeth. 
Now I know the jewelry part maybe strange, but isn't it the norm to save your child's baby teeth?? I know my mom had ours and locks of our first haircuts. & I've seen boxes that come w baby books for those specific milestones.

I kept my daughters umbilical stump but then after a few years it grossed me out so I threw it out lol I dont keep teeth or hair either. I think I'll just stick with keeping artwork lool

Omg yall, i have hair, i have baby teeth, umbilical cord stump AND (wait for it) the bell that they put on the boys' doodle after circumcision. Everything is in individual baggies dated as to the event and name of child, stored in boxes. Weird, yes i know.

I kept my daughter cord when it fell off. I kept locks from her first hair cut. And I kept her first baby took she lost. I have them in her baby book. I have a box with all her firsts in it. That's what moms do with their first anything. Once the kids are grown he will be happy you kept that stuff. You guys cam look back on and remember the memories. Every year I buy a Christmas ornament that has that years date and I always take a Christmas photo of her to put in the ornament and they get hung on the tree every year.
