I just need to vent and hopefully get someone else's perspective on this. 

So every month when I get my period I'm in crazy amounts of pain. The doctor said it was my cysts causing the pain. So naturally I can't always work through the pain. 

Well last month my period hit while I was at work and I had to go home. One of the other ladies at work told everyone that I was just having a bad period and I needed to take a pill and get over myself. When I came back to work everyone was super shitty towards me and I was actually asked if I enjoyed my period vacation. I've tried explaining the condition I have is serious and there isn't much I can do but they don't understand how much pain I really go through. Should I ignore them and their snarky comments or should I say something? I feel like I've done all the explaining I can do but it doesn't seem to be enough. What do you think?
