help! lump on my inner thigh, maybe TMI

I've recently noticed these little lumps on my inner thigh. has anybody had anything similar? The bigger one is a bit tender to touch... I'm worried and can't get in to see a doctor until next week. I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Any help would be appreciated !!
