BFP then BFN

I'm so bummed. I had a BFP Mon/Tues. Today I had a BFN and my BBT plummeted. I was so excited and now I just feel hopeless. I had a MC in November and now a chemical, I suppose. So upset..... Wish there was a way to understand why these things happen! Sorry ladies just had to vent!
