Pregnet?

Ok so I took a pregnancy test a week ago and it said positive, I told my husband I was gonna wait a week and take another before we went any further... so i went to use the restroom to do another test and notice light pink blood went ahead and took the rest it came out negative... when I woke up this morning my back was hurting really bad and now I'm cramping like it's my period but my period never comes early it's due on March 3rd i just had it, it ended on Feb 2nd. I don't know what to think I've looked it up on Google it said tons from implantion bleeding to miscarriage to stress . Have any of you guys experienced anything like this....

UPDATE.....

so I'm into the next day no blood. still cramping back still hurts. Had sex with my s/o last night no blood. Very little blood yesterday like maybe a spoon full on a pad. Period due on Feb 3rd idk what to think or do.

I looked up the chemical pregnancy but I don't feel like this is the case bc the blood wasn't heavy like a period just a small amount , somewhat like an implantion bleeding but the pregnancy test said negative
